ScoutMail is not responsible for virus protection. You should have on the computer you use an up-to-date version of a suitable virus protection program. ScoutMail has SPAM filters running on all accounts. However, from time to time some junk mail may sneak through. Whilst every effort is made to stop this (and the amount very low), you should have suitable junk mail filters on your destination (forwarding) address, which will also filter out anything that does get through. You should also protect yourself by being careful to where and who you give your address to (e.g. on web pages signing up for things).
